These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zero Mind Signals (“we,” “us,” or “our”), available at zeromindsignals.com. By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

What Zero Mind Signals provides

Zero Mind Signals is an educational subscription service that publishes time-stamped observations of qualifying market setups on covered futures instruments. Each published signal includes the surrounding market context (liquidity sweeps, market structure shifts, killzones, and related ICT-style elements) and a written analysis. Signals are delivered via the website and, depending on your subscription tier, via email and other configurable channels.

Eligibility

Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Zero Mind Signals. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements. The service is intended for use in jurisdictions where its content and operation are lawful; you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws applicable to you.

Accounts

Your responsibility for account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@zeromindsignals.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use that you failed to notify us about in a reasonable time.

Subscription

Tiers, trial, billing, and renewal

Zero Mind Signals is offered on two subscription tiers — Basic ($19/month) and Pro ($39/month) — at the prices displayed on the site at the time of signup. Each subscription includes a 7-day free trial; you must provide a valid payment method to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial.

If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your payment method will be charged automatically for the first monthly period on day 7. Subscriptions auto-renew on a monthly cycle until you cancel. Full cancellation, refund, and auto-renewal terms are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may change subscription pricing in the future. We will email you at least 30 days before any new pricing applies to your account. You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

Acceptable use

What you can and can't do with the service

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish signal content, analyses, or chart snapshots, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to use a single account.
• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or extract content from the site beyond what is provided through your subscription (e.g., the historical export feature for Pro subscribers, used for personal purposes).
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code or proprietary algorithms underlying our detection system.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm others, or to transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the service.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Intellectual property

Who owns what

All content published by Zero Mind Signals — including written analyses, chart snapshots, methodology pages, brand assets, and the underlying detection software — is owned by Zero Mind Signals and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal trading and educational purposes only.

Vocabulary describing market structure (MSS, FVG, displacement, killzone, Silver Bullet, BSL, SSL, NDOG, NWOG, ORG, and similar terms) is part of the broader trading community lexicon and is not claimed as Zero Mind Signals intellectual property; we credit its origin in our methodology page.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or timely, or that signals will result in profitable outcomes.

Limitation of liability

Scope of our responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zero Mind Signals and its operators, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zero Mind Signals, its operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right, or your trading decisions and outcomes.

Dispute resolution

Arbitration agreement and class action waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service — including their formation, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and not in court, except as set forth below. Arbitration will be conducted in Monterey County, California, or another mutually agreed location, or remotely.

Class action waiver. You and Zero Mind Signals each agree to bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Small claims exception. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the scope of that court's jurisdiction, in lieu of arbitration.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@zeromindsignals.com within 30 days of creating your account, with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your account email in the body. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

Governing law

California law applies

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or to the service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Where arbitration does not apply (such as small claims actions described above), exclusive jurisdiction lies in the state and federal courts located in Monterey County, California.

Termination

How either party can end the relationship

You may terminate your subscription at any time as described in our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, engage in fraudulent activity, or initiate a chargeback without first contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid except as described in the Refund Policy.

Changes

If these terms change

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Miscellaneous

Standard contract terms

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zero Mind Signals regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements.
