Trial, cancellation, and refunds

Free trial

7 days, full access

New subscribers get a 7-day free trial on either the Basic or Pro tier. Full access is granted from the moment you sign up. You will be asked for a payment method during signup, but you will not be charged during the trial.

We send a reminder email before the trial ends. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your card will be charged automatically for the first month of your selected tier on day 7.

Cancellation

Anytime, from your account portal

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, which open the secure Stripe customer portal. No phone call, support ticket, or chat conversation is required.

If you cancel during the 7-day trial, you will not be charged and your access ends immediately at trial expiration.

If you cancel after a paid month begins, your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle, and you keep full access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds

Once a paid billing period has begun, we do not refund the charge for that period — partial or full. The 7-day free trial exists so you can evaluate the service before any money changes hands. After the trial ends, by continuing your subscription you accept the monthly fee for the period.

In extraordinary circumstances — for example, an unauthorized charge, a documented medical emergency, or a clear billing error — we may issue a refund or credit at our sole discretion. Discretion means we make the call case-by-case; the existence of this clause does not create a right to a refund.

Auto-renewal

How recurring billing works

Subscriptions auto-renew on a monthly cycle at the price displayed at signup until you cancel. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize Zero Mind Signals to charge your payment method on file on the same day of each month for the same amount.

If we change subscription pricing, you will be notified by email before any new pricing applies to your account. You can cancel before the new pricing takes effect if you do not wish to continue.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first

If you believe a charge is incorrect, email us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account termination and loss of access to historical signal data tied to your account.
