What we collect, why, and what we don't do with it

The short version

We collect the minimum information needed to deliver signals to your inbox and bill your subscription. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever. We do not run advertising trackers. The third parties we share data with are the service providers that make this site run (payments, hosting, email delivery, database). This page explains everything in detail.

What we collect

Account and subscription data

When you sign up, we collect your email address and the subscription preferences you choose (tier, preset, custom filter configuration if applicable). When you start a paid subscription, our payment processor collects your billing information directly — we never see or store your full card number.

We retain your email address and account preferences for as long as your account is active. After cancellation we keep account records for up to 24 months to comply with tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations, then delete them.

What we collect

Site usage

We collect minimal site-usage information necessary to operate the service: server logs (IP address, request timestamps, error tracking), email delivery receipts, and basic engagement data on our emails (open, click). We do not use third-party advertising trackers, fingerprinting scripts, or cross-site tracking.

Service providers

Who we share data with, and why

• Stripe — payment processing, subscription billing, and chargeback handling. They receive your name and billing details directly.
• Supabase — database and file storage for your account, preferences, and signal history accessible to your tier.
• Resend — transactional and signal email delivery. Receives your email address and the content of messages we send to you.
• Vercel — site hosting and serverless function execution. Receives standard request metadata (IP, user agent).
• Cloudflare — DNS and domain management. Receives standard DNS query metadata.
• Anthropic — language model service used to compose the written analysis for each detected setup. Receives the structured market data and chart snapshot for each signal; does not receive your personal information.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices. We choose providers with strong security and clear data-handling policies. We do not share your information with anyone outside this list, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

Cookies

Minimal and necessary only

We use cookies strictly to keep you signed in and to remember your tier preferences. We do not set advertising cookies or cross-domain tracking cookies. If you disable cookies in your browser, the site may not function correctly when you are signed in.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete your account and personal data. Email support@zeromindsignals.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Deleting your account removes your email address, preferences, and personal records from our systems. We may retain anonymized usage data and records required for tax, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes.

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You may request disclosure of the categories of personal information we have collected, deletion of that information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Security

How we protect your data

We use secure, modern infrastructure providers (Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare) and follow industry-standard practices for encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or from this site.

Children

Not for users under 18

Zero Mind Signals is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International users

Data is stored in the United States

Our servers and service providers are located in the United States. By using the site, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States. If you are located outside the US, your local laws may afford different protections than US law.

Changes

If this policy changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers before they take effect.
