Setup, swing context, displacement, killzone

FVG iFVG MSS OB PWH/PWL Swept
A Class A ▼ forms after the MSS level at 2865.7 breaks and displacement develops downward through 2865.3–2874.3. The prior ITH sits at 2878.4; the ITL at 2865.7 marked the swing inversion point. Price has now swept the London HI (2862.1) and multiple session lows across Asian, London, and PM structures, creating a liquidity cascade that accelerates the bearish displacement. The iFVG at 2869–2870.9 sits nested within the larger displacement zone and remains unmitigated as price moves lower in the PM killzone. A secondary bear FVG forms at 2870.5–2871.1. The most recent iFVG at 2868.1–2868.4 already shows internal mitigation. Key observation: when a Class A displacement breaks through an MSS and sweeps session structure in sequence, the unmitigated FVGs above the displacement often act as resistance on reversal attempts—watch whether price revisits 2869–2871 range on any corrective move to confirm rejection or acceptance of that zone.

Traditional TA perspective

VWAP / EMA stack / RSI / MACD / Volume

VWAP EMA 20 EMA 50 EMA 200· RSI(14) MACD Signal
Price sits 1.77 points below VWAP at 2865.30, while the EMA stack remains inverted—20, 50, and 200 all trading above current levels. RSI at 30.81 signals weakness without oversold extremity, leaving room for further compression. MACD presents a bearish structure: the line at −1.12 trades below its signal at −0.82, with histogram at −0.30 indicating negative momentum without acceleration lower. ATR at 1.82 reflects low volatility, consistent with consolidation conditions. Volume at 234 contracts shows elevation versus the 20-bar average of 171, suggesting conviction behind the move away from VWAP and the EMA stack. The combination of price below all key moving averages, inverted EMA structure, weak RSI, and below-signal MACD aligned with above-average volume frames a posture of downside conviction in a low-volatility environment where the setup carries structural bearish tone.
