FVG iFVG MSS OB PWH/PWL Swept
A Class ▼ displacement has formed following the sweep of PM lows at 74.66—the MSS level itself. The prior swing sequence shows ITH at 75.26 reject into ITL at 76.11, then a fresh downside displacement into 74.21. Two iFVGs sit nested within: one between 74.80–74.92 and another tighter structure at 74.965–74.985, both bullish-directional and formed during the Asian killzone. The displacement bottom at 74.21 breached significantly lower into the 74.2 region on the current candle. All major session liquidity has been swept—PDL, Asian lows, London highs and lows, PM highs and lows, DH, and DL—leaving only the PWL at 73.345 as unmet structural target. The HTF 60-minute bias remains bearish, aligning with the displacement direction. A student watching this would observe how the iFVGs inside the displacement represent potential reaction zones; displacement continuations often use internal FVG sweeps as minor resistance before resuming, rather than treating them as reversals—context determines whether the next move is a retracement into those levels or a continuation through them toward PWL.

Traditional TA perspective

VWAP / EMA stack / RSI / MACD / Volume

VWAP EMA 20 EMA 50 EMA 200· RSI(14) MACD Signal
Price sits 0.51 points below VWAP with all three major EMAs in bearish stack alignment above—20, 50, and 200 in descending order—anchoring a downtrend posture. RSI at 34.66 signals weak momentum, well into oversold territory. MACD confirms the weakness: the line trades below its signal at −0.05 versus −0.02, with a negative histogram of −0.03, indicating downside pressure without bullish divergence. ATR at 0.27 reflects low volatility relative to recent ranges, typical of a contracting phase. Volume at 461 contracts measures 4.69x the 20-bar average, showing heavy conviction behind the move despite the tight price action. The composite picture presents price grinding below its key moving averages in a structurally bearish setup with weak oscillator readings and elevated selling volume, leaving little evidence of momentum reversal at this juncture.
